Current Symptoms Occasional difficulty falling asleep
Current Observations Mood remains improved and is much more stable. Falling aleep at night can still be difficult on occasion, but is much more managable than before, and once she falls asleep she does stay asleep without the assistance of any additional medication. Metadate was introduced in replacement of Concerta, since we noticed a need to continually increase doses of Concerta to gain extended release effects into the afternoon. Metadate seems to be handling this much better throughout the day. Stool is soft, no longer needing Mag Oxide to maintain consistency. Stomach size down slightly but relatively unchanged (24.5"-26"). Memory retention/recall continues to improve. Overall health is excellent.
